Mina Song was born in Seoul. She has worked in New York, Tokyo, Vancouver and now lives and works in London.

Under the guise of Mirrorshade, she's been creating hyperactive and intense animated commercials and promos for the past few years. Her most recent music video, Royal Gregory for Toronto's Holy Fuck, featured at a number of festivals including onedotzero and Birds Eye View.

Mina also used her blend of eye popping visuals and wry humour to create two oddly disturbing PSA's for MTV EXIT ASIA on human trafficking, as well as a spot for reachout.com's teenage suicide prevention campaign.
